We only deal with the crab suppliers who have earned our
trust over the years. Only the best quality crabs are
processed in our facilities. Incoming inspections are
performed on each delivery for physical damage, chemical
contamination and mortality.
The crabs are cooked in a retort according to the time and
temperature schedules designed by our processing
engineers. Cooked crabs are air cooled and refrigerated.
The crabs are hand picked and hermetically sealed in the
temperature controlled room before going into
pasteurization.
