All our tilapias are raised with great care in
our own lakes with natural spring and rain
water. The texture and flavor of the lake fish
are noticeably superior to those of fish raised
in shallow ponds. More importantly, lake
tilapias have absolutely no muddy taste.
The fish are fed an all-natural, nutritionally balanced diet. We carefully monitor our water sources to maintain the natural sweetness of our tilapias.
Tilapias are harvested daily from the farm and
delivered in live state to the plant. Incoming
inspections are performed on each batch
prior to processing, which includes
monitoring the temperature and condition of
the fish. Samples are collected for lab analysis.
Each fillet is individually checked for bone,
freshness and workmanship.
